Hello and welcome! — we’re Freddie and Jenn Jones, the folks behind Life Light Coffee Roasting.
Our coffee journey started back in 2015 under the name Mission Cup Coffee. We had a simple dream: to roast and share great coffee, while helping support gospel missions around the world.
Over the years, that dream took root and grew in unexpected ways. After several trips to India between 2015 and 2019, and a deepening friendship with Pastor Girish and his ministry team in Bihar, India, we knew we wanted to do more. What started as a coffee business became something much more personal — a partnership in the work of the Gospel.
In 2025, we rebranded as Life Light Coffee Roasting to better reflect that connection. Every bag of beans we roast helps support the mission of Life Light Ministry in India. It’s our way of blending two things we care deeply about — excellent coffee and the hope of the Gospel.
We’re still a small, home-based operation, roasting in small batches, and trying to do things with care and purpose. Whether you’re here for a bag of freshly roasted coffee or to learn more about the mission, we’re so glad you stopped by.
Life Light Coffee Roasting truly is coffee for the Great Commission, roasted with one aim: to exalt the name of Christ.
